- If the problem persists, please contact technical support and provide your purchase receipt
2. Sync failed?
- Confirm you're logged in with the same account
- Check if iCloud/cloud sync is enabled
- Ensure your device has a good network connection, wait a moment and then refresh
- If the problem continues, please contact us and include your device model and system version
3. App crashes/running abnormally?
- Confirm your system is updated to the latest version
- Try uninstalling and reinstalling the app
- Provide the steps you took when the problem occurred and screenshots to help us troubleshoot
